By using this service, submitting photos, or requesting edits, you agree to the following terms:

• Content Restrictions: I will not create, modify, or deliver images that violate ethical guidelines, platform rules, or applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, explicit or sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, hateful or harassing content, deceptive identity misuse, or images intended to harm, threaten, defraud, or mislead.
• AI Platform Limitations: Some requests may be limited, declined, or adjusted to comply with the rules and safeguards of the AI tools used in the workflow.
• User Responsibility: By submitting an image, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it, and that you have the right to request edits, enhancements, or transformations based on that image.
• Likeness and Accuracy: AI-assisted editing can vary. While I carefully guide prompts, review outputs, and refine results, exact likeness, exact realism, and every requested detail cannot be guaranteed.
• Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or stop work on any request that appears unlawful, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.
• Preview and Delivery: Preview images may be watermarked or reduced in quality before payment. Final full-quality delivery is provided only after payment is completed.
• No Guarantee of Platform Acceptance: I do not guarantee that finished images will be accepted by every social platform, advertiser, printer, marketplace, employer, or third-party service.
• Limitation of Liability: This service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or business-related losses arising from the use of the service or delivered images.

If a request cannot be completed as submitted, I may offer a safer or policy-compliant alternative when possible.
